A Chronicle of Municipal Discrimination in Jerusalem, by Meir Margalit, Palestine-Israel Journal of Politics, Economics, and Culture, January 2006.

This is an account of Israeli government spending in East Jerusalem and how it is disproportionate to the number of Palestinian residents in the city. This disproportion is apparent in all public spending which amounts to discrimination by the Jerusalem Municipality on the allocation of public funds against Palestinian residents.
