A History of the Legally Sanctioned Jewish-Israeli Seizure of Land and Housing in Palestine, COHRE and BADIL, 2004.

 "A report by COHRE (Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions) and BADIL (Resource Centre for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights) which looks at the history and ideology behind land expropriation and house demolitions against Palestinian people since the 1920s. The report reveals how laws were used to sanitize this policy which effectively aimed to cleanse the land of its Palestinian residents.
